Senior Advisor

Paul serves as Merit Consulting’s HR technical advisor in matters relating to HR practices and procedures. Paul has extensive and diverse knowledge in Executive to Manager level talent recruitment, garnered from his 25 year career in Human Resources with some of the most recognized and respected companies in the world: Kellogg’s, Johnson Controls, Baxter Healthcare, GE Healthcare, and Continental Airlines. He has been responsible for functional organizations including Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Commercial organizations alike across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Paul’s expertise is both unique and very broad with hands-on experiences driving organizational changes and transformations, leading global ERP initiatives across the Americas and Europe, setting-up shared service centers in Asia, Europe and North America supporting organizations through both public offering and divestiture.

Paul’s professional roles and experiences include: Vice President, Human Resources, RTI Surgical, Vice President, Global Functions HR at Kellogg’s; Vice President HR, Americas and Vice President HR Global Operations, Europe & Asia at Johnson Controls GWS; Director, Global HR Programs at Johnson Controls; Sr. Director HR, Global IT and Sr. Director HR, Global R&D; Device Center of Excellence at Baxter Healthcare; and Global HR Manager, Functional Computed Tomography at GE Healthcare.

Paul holds a B.A. degree in International Management and French from Central College, and a M.S. degree in Industrial Relations from Iowa State. He also studied at L’Universite de Paris, Sorbonne and is fluent in French.
